Connected accounts
Open Integrations and choose Disconnect on the source you want removed. Disconnecting deletes the stored credential immediately and stops syncing. The series synced from that source, and the copies of the responses it sent us, are deleted within 30 days.

Removing BayesBrain from Meta
You can also remove BayesBrain from the Meta side. In Facebook Settings, open Business Integrations, find BayesBrain and remove it. That disconnects the source in BayesBrain, with the same deletion as above.

Deleting the whole account
The app has no way to delete a whole account yet; we do it by hand, on request. Write to us and say so. We reply to confirm what will be removed, delete your company and the data held under it in our database, and tell you when it is done. Copies kept by our providers, such as error reports, expire on their own schedules. Contact: hello@bayesbrain.ai
